Bretterbude is going digital. But don’t worry: we’re not suddenly just an app.
Our team is staying the same – we’ll just have a bit more time for you. Because we don’t want to spoil your holiday with paperwork, queues and “Please sign here”. That’s why, from now on, we’ll be guiding you through your trip step by step, digitally. From booking right through to departure.

And best of all: you don’t really have to worry about much at all. We’ll simply remind you at the right time.

Of course it’s still there!

Our digitalisation has nothing to do with cutting staff numbers.
Quite the opposite, in fact. We want our team to have more time for what we actually love doing most: being there for you.

You’ll still find us in the lobby when you arrive. We’ll help you if anything goes wrong, answer your questions, have a chat with you and, of course, continue to share our favourite Büsum insider tips with you.
Because you won’t get a good recommendation from an algorithm here. You’ll get it from someone who knows Büsum.

Pay? You can now do it
digitally
too.

There’s another change throughout the hotel: we now accept card payments everywhere. And you can pay straight away on the spot.
This applies, for example, to your dinner at the beach hut, an Aperol on the terrace, or anything else you might fancy during your stay.

Swipe your card, pay, done.

That way, not only is there less paperwork at the end of it, but hopefully the bill on your desk at home will be smaller too.

And then? Have a safe
journey
home!

Even after you’ve checked out, your digital guest portal will still be available to you. You can continue to access your key stay details there – and we’d of course be delighted if you came back.

And perhaps that is precisely the idea behind our digital approach:

We’re not digitising you. We’re digitising the paperwork.

So that you spend less time on formalities and we spend more time with you.
